Privacy Policy

Effective date: March 22, 2026

Overview

Chemistry Crush is developed by Team Mariposa. We respect your privacy and aim to be clear about what information is collected, why it is collected, and how it is used when you use our app or website.

Information We Collect

Chemistry Crush does not require an account, and we do not ask you to create a username or provide your name, phone number, or home address to play the game.

The app and website may still collect certain technical and transaction-related data through the services listed below.

  • Local game progress. Puzzle progress, coin balance, settings, and related game state are stored locally on your device so the game can function properly.
  • Amplitude. We use Amplitude for product analytics, such as sessions, level completions, feature usage, and shop interactions. This may include device and app metadata needed to understand how the game is used.
  • Sentry. We use Sentry for crash reporting and diagnostics, which may include device model, operating system version, app version, and error details.
  • Google AdMob. We use AdMob to serve ads. AdMob may collect technical information such as device identifiers, IP address, approximate location inferred from IP, diagnostics, and ad interaction data as described in Google's policies.
  • RevenueCat and app stores. We use RevenueCat to manage in-app purchase validation and entitlements. Apple and Google process payments directly. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
  • Website analytics. Our website may use Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics to measure page views, traffic sources, browser or device information, and general site usage.

How We Use Information

  • To operate the game and website.
  • To save progress and deliver in-app purchases such as coin packs or Remove Ads.
  • To understand usage patterns and improve gameplay, balance, performance, and retention.
  • To diagnose crashes, errors, and service problems.
  • To serve ads and measure ad performance.
  • To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or abuse.

Advertising and Tracking

Chemistry Crush displays ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device and usage information to deliver and measure ads.

On Apple devices, ad-related data use may depend on Apple settings and permissions. If we introduce additional ad personalization or cross-app tracking features in the future, we will update this policy and the app's App Store privacy disclosures accordingly.

You can manage ad and privacy preferences through your device settings:

  • iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security
  • Android: Settings > Google > Ads

In-App Purchases

In-app purchases are processed through Apple or Google and managed in the app through RevenueCat. RevenueCat helps us validate purchases and determine whether features such as Remove Ads have been unlocked.

We do not store your full payment card details. Purchase history, product identifiers, entitlement status, and related transaction metadata may be processed by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat so the purchase system works correctly.

How Information Is Shared

We do not sell your personal information. We do share data with service providers that help operate the app and website, including Google AdMob, RevenueCat, Amplitude, Sentry, Google Analytics, and Vercel Analytics, but only to the extent needed for ads, analytics, diagnostics, purchases, and site operations.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the app and website, analyze performance, support purchases, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Local game data remains on your device until you remove the app or clear the app's data.

Children's Privacy

Chemistry Crush is intended for users age 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will review and address the request promptly.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. If you would like to make a privacy-related request, contact us at info@sakuracanyon.com.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date on this page.
