By downloading, installing, or using Chemistry Crush, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Use of the App

Chemistry Crush is a puzzle game provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the app, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

In-App Purchases

Chemistry Crush may offer optional in-app purchases, such as coin packs or Remove Ads. All purchases are processed by Apple or Google through their respective app stores, subject to their terms and billing policies.

Digital items and unlocks are licensed to you for use within the app. Except where required by law or platform policy, purchases are non-refundable. Remove Ads removes automatic ads, but optional rewarded ads may still appear when you choose to watch them for an in-game benefit.

Intellectual Property

All content in Chemistry Crush, including artwork, animations, sounds, and game design, is the property of Team Mariposa and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the app without our written permission.

Advertisements

Chemistry Crush is supported in part by advertisements. By using the app, you understand that third-party ads may be displayed during gameplay or in related in-app screens.

Disclaimer

Chemistry Crush is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or available at all times.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Team Mariposa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
